Recently, Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Health pediatric neurologist, Dr. Yash Shah, joined forces with Epilepsy Alliance Louisiana, Angels Of Epilepsy Foundation, The NeuroMedical Center, and our Championship Health Partners at Louisiana State University for the Seizure First Aid and Safety Training event at LSU. Dr. Shah led an engaging seizure safety training, equipping participants with essential tools to respond confidently in emergencies. Events like this are a reminder of the power of community and advocacy in supporting epilepsy warriors and their families. 💜 Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this cause.
