We had a great few days in Savannah, GA - reviewing 2024 but more importantly, incredible discussion and plans to improve how we support our clients and partners in 2025. And, along the way, we had a lot of fun! Some special thank you notes to: Laura Zazanis for leading us on our marketing path! Becky Brownlee and the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center in Savannah for guiding us through an exercise focused on our SWOTs and Mission/Vision. We took a much-needed break to enjoy lunch at Treylor Park Restaurants. Noble Jones Tours for an informative and relaxing walking tour of Savannah We enjoyed an evening and happy hour with clients and friends at Hop Atomica where the food and beer was enjoyed by all. Kamber Parker Bowden and Jade Fountain, MPA, CFRE with The YoPro Know, LLC guided us on a review of several of our processes with a focus on how to improve going into 2025. We celebrated and closed out the week with a wonderful dinner at Common Thread in Savannah - what a way to finish the week. Thank you to Lois, Dianne, Katie and Lisa for being incredible!

Just finished up my Effective Leadership Development course with Lois James over at OpX. Was a great opportunity afforded to myself and eight others this past 14 weeks. I was able to identify gaps in my own management style with the help of the tools and resources available though the program that I have improved and will continue to improve going forward.
