Since starting OSS4AI, I've hosted 88 events with 10,568 signups. That means an average of nearly 120 people sign up to come to each event. This event series has been a fully grass-roots, community led motion. Our first event had barely 30 people there, and I told myself that if I could get 500 people on the email list within half a year, I'd start doing events professionally. We hit that number in 2 months, and within half a year, we hit nearly 2000 members. Now, 11 months after the first event, we've hit 6000+ members, and we're still growing quickly. In the past 6 months, over 50 founders have come and pitched at the OSS4AI events in SF.
