  • Meet Agnes, our new Wine Room Manager at Ondeen! With over a decade of dedication to the world of wine, Agnes brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. Her journey started in Poland as a PR Manager for AMBRA S.A., where she organised the country’s largest wine event, the Love Wine Festival, and introduced new traditions like the Lublin Young Cider Festival. Since moving to Australia, Agnes has made her mark at some of the Adelaide Hills’ most renowned tasting rooms, including Bird in Hand, Sidewood, and The Lane. Her exceptional service and knowledge earned her the prestigious Chanticleer Award for Best Cellar Door Person at the Adelaide Hills Wine Show in 2021. Join us from November 4th as Agnes welcomes you to our new Wine Room. With her expertise, every visit promises to be an unforgettable exploration of the region’s best wines 🍷

They are too dedicated to the winemaking process, and sometimes too humble, to have their own tasting room. That is why they trusted the idea of sharing a unique space at Ondeen. Now, you can experience 16 carefully curated wines, from elegant Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs to intriguing varieties like Gamay, all crafted with minimal intervention and uncompromising quality. Guiding your journey is our award-winning Wine Room Manager, Agnes Wyszomirska, celebrated as the Best Cellar Door Person at the 2021 Adelaide Hills Wine Show. Agnes brings years of expertise in the region’s most renowned tasting rooms and will lead you through a truly immersive wine experience. Located just 20 minutes from the city at the gateway to the Adelaide Hills wine region, we’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our FOH team and deliver exceptional service experiences.
