I started Oak Barn Beef almost 4 years ago when I was a sophomore in college, as a way to put a face to the farmer by selling our family farm beef directly to people across the USA! Fast forward four years and here is a photo of me and my husband, Eric. We raise cattle and run our business in West Point, Nebraska. Big smiles when you get to tag along for farm work with Mom! The picture was from a few weeks ago, but it's too cute not to share 😊 Our girls have been such troopers during this busy season, and our oldest often asks to go to the "Oak Beef Shop". They've spent a lot of time at our shop lately, at grandparents' houses, and tagging along on whatever adventures we need them to for the day! Our little entrepreneurs-in-training. Here's some info to note! 🗓Shipping Days: We ship once each week on Mondays to avoid product thawing during transit. 📦Packaging: The beef is packaged in a recyclable cooler and box with dry ice to keep it cold. 📬Shipping Partner: UPS is our shipping partner, and it can take 1-4 days to arrive to your destination. We utilize enough dry ice to keep it in good condition during the days in transit. 📦Tracking Information: You will receive the tracking information on the day the package is shipped so you can keep an eye on your box while it makes its way to you.
