You're hustling and you're bustling this holiday season so it can be hard to remember to prioritize employee wellness right now! Here are some simple strategies HR pros can deploy to keep wellness top of mind for your workforce in Q1: ✦ No need to reinvent the wheel! Be sure to highlight the current benefits your company offers (from EAPs and financial assistance to mindfulness apps and wellness stipends) that could help employees with their health goals in the New Year. ✦ Give employees opportunities to get engaged in their mind-body wellness by planning interactive events - like wellness challenges, educational seminars, and cooking classes - to help them feel healthier and happier. ✦ Deploy an employee interest survey that gives you valuable insight into what type of support employees want to see offered in 2025. ✦ Offering something(s) new 1/1? Don't miss your chance to announce any changes or upgrades during a time of year when employees might be listening a little closer. ✦ No matter what level you fall into at your organization, practice the healthy habits you want employees to adopt - like taking lunch breaks, using PTO, etc. #employeewellness #employeewellbeing #workplacewellness #workplacewellbeing #hrpros #hrprofessionals #hradvice

We appreciate Donald Judkins for leading a webinar about the Self-Defense Mindset recently. It isn't a light-hearted topic but Don does an excellent job presenting the facts, sharing important tips for situational awareness & safety, and empowering listeners. Feedback from participants: 🔸 "I've had brief classes like this before, but this one was better than any I've had" 🔸 "Very interesting and empowering. Thank you" 🔸 "I do not have to be a professional martial arts warrior to survive an attack" If your team would benefit from a webinar like this, contact us at [email protected].
