From Damien N. Perez, Chapter President: As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared this year. Serving as your President has been a humbling and rewarding experience, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to lead such a passionate and dedicated community. Our theme for the year, RE-IGNITE, RE-ENGAGE, has guided us every step of the way. Together, we have revitalized our passion for project management, strengthened our bonds, and fostered innovation, excellence, and inclusivity in our profession. These achievements are a testament to your unwavering commitment and enthusiasm. To my fellow board members, thank you for your tireless efforts and dedication. Your leadership, creativity, and teamwork have been the driving force behind our successes this year. From groundbreaking programs to impactful events and initiatives, you have truly set a high standard for what can be accomplished together. As we close this chapter, I am excited to welcome the incoming 2025 board. I have full confidence in their ability to build upon our successes and lead the chapter to even greater heights. Their fresh ideas, energy, and dedication will undoubtedly take NCPMI into a new era of growth and achievement. I encourage each of you to support them as you have supported me, ensuring another incredible year for our chapter. To every member of NCPMI, thank you for being an integral part of this journey. Your participation, feedback, and contributions have made 2024 a memorable year for our chapter. I am excited to see how we will continue to grow and evolve in the years to come. Wishing you all a joyful holiday season and a prosperous new year!
