Look for M/M sales growth to be mostly flat. 7️⃣ 0️⃣ 0️⃣ ? Currently, 694 storefronts are reporting REC sales. Will retail exits begin to accelerate? 😷 Single-unit operator health: Median sales revenue was just $18.2k last month, down from $25.6k in JUL '23. Single-unit operators represent 48.1% of REC storefronts, yet only 32.3% of REC sales. 🏆 Will HOBBS, RIO RANCHO, JAL, SUNLAND PARK and ROSWELL remain the top TOTAL (REC+MMJ) cannabis markets in NM, based on 11 sales metrics? ⭕ Will JUL '24 apply more stress to the bottom of the market? JUN '24 = 161 storefronts with <$10k in REC sales (DEC '23: 132). 🍪 What will Cookies / Sunland Park reported REC sales yield despite only being open for 12 days in July? Cookies opened with $401k in REC sales over just 14 days last November with store # 1 in ABQ
