We have two openings to be filled at the start of the 2025 calendar year: #WorkforceReadiness and #VicePresident. We will accept nominations through November 22nd and the election slate will be sent out to our members at large via email. Ballots will be collected, and winners will be announced at the December chapter meeting and/or prior via chapter communication. Eligibility: ➡️ All candidates for the Board of Directors must have a "National SHRM" or "Non-SHRM" member status in the chapter and be in good standing. "In-Transition" and "Student" members are ineligible to vote or serve on the board. ➡️ To qualify for an Officer role (Vice President), candidates must have at least one (1) year of membership with the chapter. Additionally, to qualify for the President-Elect role, the individual must have served at least one year on the NKYSHRM board.
