Today we're excited to introduce Nitrility, the first intellectual property marketplace. Streamers and creators can now use mainstream music in their content and react to movies and shows on stream, all with infrastructure in place to clear DMCA and copyright claims automatically. Artists and rightsholders can secure placements for top movies, TV shows, advertisements, video games, and more—all on their own. All of this is possible because of the advancements we've made with blockchain technology and our wonderful partners. Britney Spears' now former manager just joined the Nitrility team. I'm excited to welcome our new investor and music strategist Benjamin Mallin. Aside from managing some of the biggest names in entertainment, Benjamin brings years of top-tier experience. He has worked in the strategy department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), underwritten high-profile catalog transactions like the Taylor Swift-BMG deal at 23 Capital, and managed artists such as Britney Spears at Live Nation Entertainment. We are excited for Benjamin to be leading our music and entertainment initiatives. I said I'm putting together the Avengers and I meant it.

I'm excited to share that we just brought on actor and creator Kio Cyr as our Head of Creator Partnerships at Nitrility. Kio has built an audience of over 12 million followers across platforms, with over 600 million likes and 3 billion views. He's starred in movies like "The Puppetman" and has built relationships with every major creator and influencer. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the team, and tomorrow we’ll both be heading to SF TECH WEEK by a16z to scout founding engineers to join Nitrility’s next generation of talent.

We're building our own Generative AI. In the past 2 years, AI companies have faced criticism for training models using pirated data from rightsholders, leading to lawsuits, ethical debates, and growing distrust from creators. This has opened a huge gap in the market for something new. Nitrility is the first IP marketplace, so our initial idea was to offer AI companies a way to legally license and use data from the 34,000 rightsholders on our platform (which we still plan to do). But due to the nature of our marketplace, we're in the perfect position to also create our own, better generative AI. Imagine this: a user types “I want a Post Malone song using Drake’s beats,” and we generate that song using data directly from both artists. Once created, the user licenses the song, and we handle the revenue split in-house—for example, Post Malone receives 70%, Drake 30%, based on their data's contributions to the newly generated content. It’s like Spotify vs. Pirate Bay—Spotify won because rightsholders control the world, and they built a better product. We can do the same. • We have access to the best data from top rightsholders, leading to much higher quality outputs from our Generative AI in the long term. • We're siding with the rightsholders meaning we will never be under legal fire for our user's created content. Lots of people doubted me that Nitrility’s marketplace would be something content creators would use day to day. After some brief conversations, I’m happy to announce that not only were creators interested in using the marketplace, but they were so interested that they decided to join us as investors in the company with a $1 million allocation in our seed round. Over the next two months, we’ll be revealing some of the biggest names in entertainment who are backing Nitrility. First up: Alexandra Botez (youtube.com/@BotezLive), Panda Boi (youtube.com/@PANDABOI), and Kio Cyr (tiktok.com/@kiocyrrr). Buckle up, this is just the start.
