Delta Air Lines was sued on Nov. 11 in New York Eastern District Court over alleged employment discrimination and whistleblower retaliation. The court case was brought by Dhillon Law Group and the National Jewish Advocacy Center on behalf of a plaintiff who contends that Delta jeopardizes the safety of Jewish employees by employing supporters of Hamas. The suit also alleges retaliation for reporting a hostile working environment due to antisemitism and unsafe working conditions. #LawdotcomRadar https://lnkd.in/gB8_Hvfx
