In Israel, these emotions are particularly prevalent, with 62% of Israelis reporting stress, 67% reporting worry, and 51% reporting sadness. This data paints a concerning picture of the nation's mental health. 💡 What is the World's Emotional Map? Gallup's #Worlds_Emotional_Map is an annual survey that measures people's positive and negative experiences worldwide. It provides valuable insights into the emotional well-being of different nations. The report published this month shows data for 2023 (Although it is difficult to estimate how much data was collected after October 7th). Why Does This Matter for Israel? Israel's high levels of stress, worry, and sadness point to a potential mental health crisis, and all this without any of the events that have been occurring since October 7th.
