NCDIT is partnering with volunteers from Accenture and 13 other state agencies and entities again this year to host Hour of Code, a student outreach initiative held in conjunction with Computer Science Education Week. Together, we are helping over 10,000 North Carolina students at 51 schools in nine districts learn about cybersecurity and coding by facilitating both virtual and in-person classroom sessions. The Division of Broadband and Digital Equity today posted 37 more Completing Access to Broadband program scopes of work to expand high-speed internet access to approximately 67,724 unserved and underserved homes and businesses across the state.
