These apps offer free support for kids, parents, and caregivers, regardless of insurance status. This initiative represents a positive step toward expanding access to mental health services. Making health a right for all people will take bold leadership—in many forms—focused on addressing structural racism. To create meaningful change, we need leaders who are committed to transformational, system-level approaches that challenge deeply rooted inequities in our health systems. The Culture of Health Leadership Institute for Racial Healing is one way RWJF is supporting leaders who are deeply committed to the work of antiracism. Through a Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) framework, this 18-month leadership experience developed by the National Collaborative for Health Equity helps practitioners to strengthen their skills in advancing racial and health equity.
