Over the last ten days MSP-Ignite hosted five peer groups in two cities. We hosted a combination of forty-five owners, Service Coordinators and Client Success Managers. We shared dozens of meals, hundreds of challenges/goals and more laughs than we could count. When you spend as many years as I have in an industry and community you see people come and go over and over again. This morning, I received news from one of our peer group members that he is moving on and I couldn't be happier for him. When he came to us six years ago he had a nice business with a small percentage of recurring revenue. Today, in his words, "he sold his business for more than he ever imagined it was worth". He shared how important his peer group experience was both personally and professionally as well. What a wonderful way to say goodbye.

Last week we had the pleasure of joining forces with Robin Robins and the TMT Team at their 17th Annual Sales & Marketing Boot Camp. The smiling faces at the dinner we were fortunate to have hosted are a fantastic reminder that being involved with one organization doesn’t mean one can’t benefit from others. All in attendance are doing a great job of following Robin to increase revenue. Some are also benefiting from our guidance on bringing more to the bottom line.
