We're stoked to highlight the work of our newest team member Billy - William Mycroft-Edwards - who proposed and delivered Mote's first-ever 'Mote Wrapped' campaign this week - in just a 72-hour window. In a startup, self-reliance is a superpower, and so one of the coolest things about this project is that Billy and CEO Will Jackson delivered this entire project without needing support from Mote's Engineering team, using AI tools to pull the data and to build the Wrapped website. Campaign data - using Anthropic's Claude.ai, we were able to write complex SQL queries on our AWS Athena data warehouse to generate usage rankings, favorite Mote apps and more. Web - wrapped.mote.com portal - used Vercel's v0.dev for quick prototyping and cursor.com to test and refine production-ready code before deploying to Vercel. Email - uploaded 'Wrapped' data to our email platform to send an email notification with a custom link to more than 30,000 users.

I used Google's Notebook LM to create a podcast based on a recent YouTube video from our channel. The video is great, thanks to Eleni Kyritsis and Brittany Horn, however the podcast is also an amazingly engaging way to present the same information to users. Here's what I did: 1) Went to https://notebooklm.google/ 2) Created a new notebook and added a link to the YouTube video 3) Waited a few minutes, then marvelled at the podcast 4) Downloaded it then uploaded it to Mote to share below (we have a 5 minute limit, so I had to trim it down first in Audacity) I'm so excited by the potential here - it's the best showcase of AI's potential to deliver on the ideals of Universal Design for Learning. #ai
