MoEngage Merlin AI (Generative AI based) Copywriter usage by our customers is growing steadily, with over 300 customers actively using in the month of October. As we believed at the launch, generating a variant of the manual copy emerged as the big use-case, enabling more experimentation thereby campaign impact. One of core principles of building AI products is to ensure that we are adding value to our customers, and not just leverage it as a shiny thing in prospect demos. It's easier said than done, to keep that culture of product building. PS: As you can see, we use MoEngage Analytics to understand our customer usage :)

It was the second day and I landed in Denver, Colorado; Had snowed just a few days before I reached there so definitely colder than Bangalore weather. I and Priyanka Thiagarajan got a chance to meet the Sling TV Product team face to face - Nagaraj Konaguthi AL Shanmugam , Rob and Seth Van Sickel (thanks for your time) They talked about how they want to use more of MoEngage and also talked about what they think we should improve in the platform to allow them to augment their use cases. They also walked us through their vision of 2025 - a big picture where MoEngage can play a small yet crucial role. Loved the ambition and clarity they have as the business and what their customers want. Definitely great inputs in terms of where we can augment our product to create more value for them and better serve more of our OTT customers.
