EVantage™ Thermal Management Systems combine state-of-the-art, proprietary Modine heat exchanger technology with tailored smart electronic products to deliver a complete solution, designed to fit any chassis. With the included master thermal controller and Modine-developed firmware, our compact thermal systems are proven to maximize cooling while lowering power draw. Modine is driving the future of commercial electric vehicle technology through two core systems. The EVantage Battery Thermal Management System (BTMS) controls your battery’s temperature in all environments. With multi-stage cooling and heating, the EVantage BTMS optimizes the temperature range for an entire bank of batteries with a single unit in all types of environments – from hot summer afternoons to icy winter mornings. The EVantage Electronics Cooling Package (ECP) keeps your engine's power electronics cool for all loads. With multi-zone cooling, each ECP is designed to your specification with small to large fan arrays that operate only when required, minimizing the power draw.

To meet a commercial electric vehicle's (EV) performance, range, and longevity requirements, the (EV) battery packs must maintain an optimal temperature range of 20° —45° C.
