In my early years working as a Clinical Psychologist I used to love it when my colleagues and clients described me as just normal or down to earth. It felt like a real compliment! I think I grew up fearful of people in positions of authority so I didn’t want to be like that! It makes me laugh now because I appreciate more and more that we are all just human!!
