  • Congratulations to Sharon our second eMe Winner for October! Sharon was able to use her knowledge and skills and help a member that came in wanting to do a wire. She asked a few questions and realized that the transaction did not give her a good feeling. Sharon relayed her concerns to the member based on her training and experience. The member was upset and ended up finding another way to send the funds. Unfortunately, the funds were lost due to it being a scam. The member came in at a later date and apologized and thanked Sharon for taking the extra time to ask questions and for caring. We are lucky to have Sharon on our team. Her professionalism, knowledge and dedication to our members and their best interest, no matter the circumstance, are all appreciated by the team and our members. Congratulations Sharon and thank you for looking out for our members! #eotm #employeeofthemonth #waytogo

  • Congratulations to the first of two October eMe Winners, Abby! Abby was recognized for exemplifying our Core Values of integrity and Personal Responsibility. When Abby had a member that wanted to withdraw a large amount of cash and was on the phone with someone, she immediately took action. She recognized the signs that the person the member was on the phone with was a scammer and discreetly let the member know. By turning to her supervisor and getting the local police involved they were able to save this member from losing money and protected them from giving out account information. Thank you Abby for looking out for our members! #employeeofthemonth #eotm #waytogo
