Job Title: Senior Manager Sales - Telecom Products and Services Location: Islamabad (On-Premise) Reports to: Sales Director Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in selling telecom products and services, specializing in high-value, complex deals. This role focuses on identifying and closing big-ticket opportunities, with post-sales account management handled by a Key Account Manager. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, with a preference for those holding an engineering degree, and a proven ability to secure large contracts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target large enterprise opportunities in the telecom sector, focusing on high-value deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to close complex, high-ticket deals with telecom operators, service providers, and enterprise clients. Lead high-level negotiations and presentations with senior executives and decision-makers. Focus exclusively on new business acquisition and expanding market share through large-scale, strategic contracts. Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to offer tailored telecom solutions that meet customer requirements. Ensure a smooth handover of closed deals to the Key Account Manager for ongoing relationship management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management. Key Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience in sales within the telecom industry, with a focus on large, complex deals. Demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts with enterprise clients. Strong negotiation skills and experience presenting to C-level executives. In-depth knowledge of telecom products and services, including voice, data, cloud, and managed services. Engineering degree preferred, or strong technical background to effectively understand and communicate technical solutions. Ability to work independently, focusing on high-ticket deals and new business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
