Reflecting on the Organization Development Network's 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦, I’m struck by the timeless, legacy-driven insights shared by the speakers and leaders who shaped the event. The forum illuminated AI's pivotal role in organizational development, yet 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲.
