EOLWD oversees the Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA), the Department of Career Services (DCS), the Department of Labor Standards (DLS), the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA), the Department of Labor Relations (DLR), the Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML), the Division of Apprentice Standards (DAS), the Council on the Underground Economy, and the Commonwealth Corporation.
