  • The new reality in a social media world... Word of Mouth (WOM) marketing is a powerful source of consumer influence. Through social media platforms and review sites, positive WOM can spread rapidly, reaching a broad audience with minimal cost to the brand. Successful brands actively foster WOM by encouraging positive experiences, engaging with customers online, and providing exceptional service. Ultimately, WOM marketing capitalizes on the innate human tendency to share experiences, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of contemporary marketing strategies. So what's the word? Are you ensuring you are getting positive reviews on your Google Business Profile? Are you engaging with your audience on your social media platforms? In other words, are you harnessing the power of WOM marketing? #Wordofmouth #WOM #digitalmarketing #socialmedia #socialmediamanagement #websitemanagement #market-good #graphicdesign #marketingstrategy #SEO market-good.com

I was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council. NSBA is the nation’s oldest small-business advocacy organization, and operates on a staunchly nonpartisan basis. I wanted to join the NSBA Leadership Council to work alongside other small-business advocates from across the country as they work to promote the interests of small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C. As a small-business owner, I see daily the importance of being involved and active when it comes to laws and regulation. The NSBA Leadership Council is focused on providing valuable networking between small-business advocates from across the country while ensuring small business a seat at the table as Congress and regulators take up key small-business proposals. For more on the NSBA Leadership Council, please visit www.nsba.biz and check out my website at market-good.com. #NSBA #SBA #smallbusinessmatter

Did you know one bad review can hurt your brand's reputation? It's true! But with solid ORM, you can protect your good name. Online Reputation Management (ORM) is like a superhero for your brand's online presence. Here's why it's essential: ➕ Builds trust with customers ➕ Positions you as an expert ➕ Helps you make more sales ORM works across four types of media: Paid Media: Content you directly pay for, like Google Ads or social media promotions. Owned Media: Content on channels you own, like your website or blog. Shared Media: Content on social media – both yours and what others post about you. Earned Media: Mentions and reviews on websites you don't control. 3 Tips to Crush Your ORM Strategy: ➡️ Know What's Out There: Start by checking what people are saying about you online. Tools like Semrush's Media Monitoring can help track mentions, reviews, and more. ➡️ Set Your Goals: The Impact Matrix is a great way to prioritize tasks – from easy wins to long-term projects. Keep clear records to help your team stay focused. ➡️ Handle the Negatives: Bad reviews happen. Respond politely, try to solve problems, and offer solutions where possible. You can even improve your products or services based on the feedback! Semrush has tips on dealing with negative comments – check them out below. Don't let bad reviews damage your brand. P.S. Have you tried ORM for your business? ♻️ REPOST if this helped you!

Do you struggle to keep users engaged on your site? Internal links hold the key to better engagement. They guide users seamlessly through related pages. Boosting time on site and conversions, ultimately. What exactly are internal links? Hyperlinks pointing within the same website. Differing from external links to other domains. Why are internal links so crucial for SEO? Here are 3 compelling reasons by Semrush: 1) Help search bots understand site structure By linking related pages, you provide context. Crawlers can easily discover and index content. 2) Pass authority to boost page rankings If page A has high authority from backlinks, Linking to pages B & C transfers that strength. 3) Enhance user experience and engagement Keep visitors hooked by suggesting relevant content. They stay longer and take desired actions, a win-win. Pro Tip: Use a tool to audit your internal links periodically. Broken links are a conversion (and SEO) killer. P.S. Which benefit do you find most useful? --------------------------------------------------------------- 🔁 Repost if you find this useful!
