A phenomenal end to our November cohort! We pushed ourselves to go even further this time. Instead of working on straightforward projects, we tackled real AI agent solutions and worked on three main challenges that AI agents face to give real RoI. 1. An agent that, given a specific job, can fine-tune your résumé and submit applications on your behalf. [Challenge: integrations] 2. An agent that helps you find potential clients and sends them personalized emails. [Challenge : getting data and sharing AI chain of thought] 3. An agent that relies on small language models to evaluate your financial situation, recommend cost-cutting measures, and accelerate your path to financial independence. [Challenge: Privacy challenges needed on device AI] We were amazed as how participants turned these ideas into real-world AI product prototypes, showcasing creativity, collaboration, and an unstoppable drive. What’s even more exciting? They’re now building and in few weeks sharing these agents with world. This is possible as we do not leave our cohort members after 6 weeks but help them till they achieve goals by making them part of our AI community. 📣 February Cohort is officially open & 3 Days left for the last few seats with early bird offer! For 2025, We'll ensure you build your AI Product Management career using AI agents latest frameworks, portfolio-ready projects, real learning on what works and what does not. Use code "DEC250" to grab $250 off—early bird discount valid until December 20th. 👉 Secure your spot now: https://lnkd.in/g6jNUiM5 & Congratulations Cohort-3 Batch, Thanks for being a part of this journey, which has just started Charu Agarwal Aashish Bapat Akhil Thavarayil Angshumala Goswami Hima Tk Jahnavi Patel Jenny Hou Keyuri Anand Medhaavi Parashar Meghana Krishnan Mukund Pavithra Gopisetty Rajesh Manivannan Rajesh Verma Ranjan Priyadarshi Ritu Saini Sagar GabaniSahil GuptaSanju VenugopalSatya MounikaShilpa Sharma Shoubhik Purkayastha Shyam Addanki Executive MBA, PMP Suchismit Mahapatra Sushmita Yadav Varun Guliani Pavithra GopisettyManas Mahani Ashwini Patil Anna Mitchell and everyone.

Hey Everyone, Last week, we ran a poll and yes, results are in! We asked, "What's the most important skill for a product manager working with GenAI?" With 26 votes, here’s how the community prioritized: ✅ Leveraging AI strategically – 54% 🧠 Understanding AI ethics & bias – 27% 🎨 Crafting AI-powered user experiences – 19% 🤝 Leading cross-functional teams – 0% Well, The majority believed that leveraging AI strategically is the most critical skill for PMs today. It’s not just about using AI but understanding how to align it with business goals and drive impact. Interestingly, AI ethics & bias took second place, showing growing awareness about responsible AI practices. My Thoughts: The results highlight an evolution in PM expectations. In GenAI products, success depends on aligning strategy, ethics, and experience—balancing technical feasibility with business value and user trust. What do you think? How do we ensure PMs balance all these aspects? Let’s discuss—drop your insights below 👇
