The firm’s Chris Schwegmann, Chris Patton, Yaman Desai, and Kyle Gardner recently argued in one of the first substantive hearings before the state’s newly formed Business Court. The team represented a prominent private equity concern in a dispute involving a sale of assets and breach of fiduciary duty claims. The court is expected to render an opinion on the merits of the arguments within the next several weeks, providing guidance as to if or how the case may proceed.
