LUSEO Engineering is a Miami-based MEP/FP engineering firm, part of the international LUSEO Group. With a twenty year history, LUSEO has more than 400 employees across its 20 offices in 14 countries. As a group, LUSEO has completed projects across virtually every asset type and touching nearly every corner of the world. LUSEO opened its South Florida office in Miami in 2018 – to provide a dedicated presence for MEP/FP engineering in the United States and Caribbean market. The Miami-based team provides engineering design of high-end residential, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Palm Court, an existing affordable housing community, comprised of 2 residential towers built back in the 70's, was originally intended to entail the demolition of one tower and the renovation of the other tower. However, the new zoning application has outlined plans to demolish both towers and build a new, vibrant community with increased density, utilizing the Live Local Act. The new project would now include a 12-story building offering 316 affordable units as well as a 5,000 sq.ft. Jessie Trice Community Health System, Inc. clinic which will further benefit and support the community.
