Ooowoo excited for this one! Pick 2 Shipper can be a game changer operationally ✅️ step 1: Choosing the correct carton(s) for each order (some systems do this) ✅️ Step 2: Fitting those cartons onto the vehicle, while maximuming the vehicle available space while yet STILL minimizing walking (near 0 systems do this) This morning we ran through validation of step 2 with a customer. Next we spent some time working together through the end 2 end process. 💪

  • 🎅 Checking it once, 🎅 Checking it twice 🎅 Making your picking plan 🎅 awfully nice 🎅 Lully's there when you are sleeping 🎅 , there when shipping is rushed 🎅 Lully creates your savings 🎅 so the P&L doesn't get crushed! We've been working with a 3PL to analyze their operations over the last few months, looking to understand the value Lully's Pick Optimizer could bring. This 3PL is a bit different.  They've spent a lot of time building custom logic for waving and batching. Frankly, they're the best we've seen in the business. Since Lully hasn't been implemented yet, in preparation for peak season,  they cranked it up a notch to handle the peak season rush: They developed EVEN BETTER waving and batching logic!!! 🎁 This gave us a unique opportunity to do an eggnog to eggnog comparison. Same orders, same available inventory, same vehicles. We're happy to report that our eggnog has a bit more of grandma's "goodstuff" in it. 🍸 If Lully can improve a GREAT operation to this degree, what could we achieve in your business? 🚀 #ecom #bfcm #SantasInTown

In a quick review of 2023 vs 2024 peak, FST Logistics found that they were able to maintain service levels with 50 less temporary hires during peak season (around 40% less) No matter how you slice the pumpkin pie, those cost savings add up quickly! A single week could mean a $200,000 savings. The best part? It came without the need for carrying the capital or RaaS fees associated with collaborative robots. No concerns about underutilized assets with Lully, as you only pay for what you use. Easy as pie.

  • Incredible year for FST! We're honored to make any list, and particularly proud to make theirs. Here's to a successful peak season and beyond!

  • Let's talk about transparent pricing! Lully's Pick Planner and Pick Optimizer services are priced per order line. To keep things simple, we calculate an order line as a unique order and line, regardless of the number of locations involved. That's it. That is the complete pricing model. Pay for what you use, don't pay for what you don't. That means there is - no deployment costs - no annual maintenance costs - no fees for capabilities (you get it all) - no change order fees The only way there are extra fees: when you want an entirely dedicated environment (hint: you don't need it, but we'll do it) For one fee per order line you get all features, functions, and support necessary to drive real value in your operations. Why do we not have all the other costs typically found in the warehouse and logistics space? 🚀So that we're completely aligned with our customers outcomes🚀

  • We often hear in early stage conversations “I have ABC WMS, and it’s a tier 1 system, so I’m sure it already does the same thing. " There isn’t a system, of any tier, on the market that is doing what Lully does. How do we know? Experience. - The WMS that sounds like its part of "The Big Apple" city? Nope. - The system that rhymes with "wonder"? Forgetaboutit - Built by M$? Nah. Can't believe it? Ask yourself a simple question: Are X, Y, and Z coordinates necessary for the implementation of a WMS? The answer is a resounding no. Coordinates only come into play when you’re deploying the Labor Management system alongside the WMS. Even then, the data is siloed and only leveraged for measuring what happened in the past, not helping you determine what should happen in the future. Unless your WMS has a direct relationship with Lully, It doesn’t matter what color logo your WMS has, they’re not providing pick optimization in the way we’re providing pick optimization.

  • Lully builds a warehouse map for every facility, which is a key component to how we deliver phenomenal efficiency to customers. Efficiency is great, but how do you maintain it? We understand warehouses are dynamic environments, and from time to time locations change or new locations are added. We have plans in place to accommodate those warehouse changes, But just in case, we take two important actions when unknown locations popup: - We isolate any orders containing unknown locations as to not impact the quality of the rest of your picking plan - We automatically email your account admin of the issue so we can come together and triage quickly
