Today we had a privilege of attending an incredible training session on radically candid leadership delivered by Class 68 to our management team in Los Mochis London City. The room was buzzing as we delved into discussions on communication, feedback, and building strong relationships within our team. Cally Bannon-Smith brought a fresh and innovative approach to leadership, challenging us to be more transparent,clear, and open in our feedback and praise. Their insights and practical tools have already begun to transform the way we lead and collaborate in Los Mochis and Thesleff Group. We left the training session feeling inspired and motivated, with a host of new ideas to implement within our team.
