To maintain safety, spotters should always wear high-visibility clothing and use hand signals or radios to communicate with equipment operators. Additionally, spotters should remain vigilant and focused, avoiding distractions at all times. It's also essential for spotters to undergo regular training to stay updated on safety procedures and best practices.
