Email-to-TMS load building? Yeah we did that. Today was the culmination of a lot of hard work between Ally Logistics, Levity, and Bitfreighter. Their platforms gave me the tools I needed to read an email in outlook, extract all the load information, and the send it to our TMS. Within 10 minutes of pushing the flow to production, we built 8 email tendered loads without lifting a finger. Did I mention those loads were priced and tendered using our proprietary pricing API? We were able to have a load built and booked in our system within 30 minutes of it being received in the account team’s email! Ally officially has loads being fully automated up until scheduling and we aren’t stopping there. By the end of the year, those same loads will be automatically scheduled as well. This is a huge win for our teams but it will be an even bigger win for our customers! Now our teams can spend their time providing better service and communication. Truly building partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth for our customers. Ally continues to amaze me with how we use tech to leverage, not replace, our employees. The idea of tech enablement will remain at the forefront of our continued innovation. We are able to improve our employees quality of life and give them back time to focus on what matters: customer and carrier relationships.
