Congratulations to our own Lynn von Koch-Liebert on being selected as an Impact Maker for #climateaction!
I am deeply honored to be selected as an Impact Maker as part of the #COP29, the UN's annual climate meeting! Impact Makers is a campaign led by the United Nations High-Level Climate Champions Champion for #COP29 Nigar Arpadarai that aims to spotlight and scale innovative climate action from across the world. 🌍 My selection highlights the #ConnectingCommunities Initiative and the #CatalystConference at California Strategic Growth Council which sought to address structural barriers to #capitalaccess for climate transition for those at the frontline of climate change. A big shout-out to Adrienne Moretz, Amar Azucena Cid, Sean Kennedy, Ph.D., Lois Kim, Aatisha Singh, Emily Breslin, Matt Horton, Dan Carol, Rachel Halfaker and many more at SGC and Milken Institute for collaborating on this work. 💸 My selection also highlights the work we are doing at Lendistry to provide innovative access to capital for #climate, #resiliency and #cleanenergy work. We are working to meet the moment by innovating on financial solutions that align with project, non-profit, #smallbusiness and #emergingbusiness needs. A big shout-out to Everett Sands, Laura Simão, Janet P., Lynn Fernandez, Emma Kloppenburg and many more Lendistry colleagues working to stand up the #LendistryGreen initiative. Much more work to do, but wonderful to take a moment to celebrate. Please check out the other Impact Makers who are doing incredible work for climate action all around the world. #COP29, #COP29ImpactMakers
