Yesterday, our Later team joined Food Lion at the heart of their mission—supporting communities through the Food Lion Feeds initiative in North Carolina. Together, we packed 6,000 boxes of food, each filled with Thanksgiving essentials, to be distributed through Second Harvest food banks. We got a firsthand look at what truly drives Food Lion: an unwavering commitment to taking care of neighbors in need. This hands-on experience was both inspiring and humbling, showing the profound impact that comes from communities coming together.
