Say hi to Jennifer, our amazing Assistant Store Manager based in Philadelphia. In her role, Jennifer leads the store team and fosters a welcoming environment for everyone who visits. Jennifer is one of Lane Bryant's Social Captains. These are managers who, in addition to running their stores, post content and share their passion for the brand on their store's Instagram accounts in unique and inspiring ways. Their passion for social media, styling, and photography keeps them connected to our digital followers. Jennifer joined Lane Bryant in 2019, became an Assistant Store Manager and started running the Philadelphia IG account in 2023. Reflecting on her role, Jennifer shares, "For me the most fulfilling and exciting part about being a store leader is empowering our team to be the best they can be and train them to go above and beyond for our clients to help find the perfect outfits." As a Social Captain, Jennifer highlights product collections and shows clients different ways to express their personal style. "I love how our product is designed for every body shape."
