Los Angeles Consulting Group provides business development consulting, support and outsourced services to professional service firms. The firm's approach to expansion relies on four steps: • Evaluate the firm’s development strategy and formulate or revise as necessary; • Determine the appropriate tactics to execute the growth plan; • Ensure that there is infrastructure to support the strategy and tactics; and • Aid in implementation. How we have helped our clients: 1. Provided back office business development support for a professional services firm, first working with them to re-identify their target markets and refine their message. Then LACG provided strategic introductions to “get the word out.” Finally, we provided back office support with regard to their CRM and follow up systems. 2. Organized a Friend Raising event for a nonprofit organization. Provided training to the enterprise’s board of directors on both purposeful networking and follow up systems. The result was that the entity came out of the event with a new board member, over 20 volunteers and several corporate sponsors for their upcoming gala event. I had an amazing time in Napa Valley last week! After an insightful first day at the Opal Group's Family Office and Private Wealth Forum, we gathered for an intimate Family Office Dinner hosted by LACG: Los Angeles Consulting Group, with co-support from Jeremy S. Lurey, Ph.D. and Bobby Console-Verma of 1fs Wealth, and sponsored by William "Brad" Blash of Crossbeam Capital - Thank you! The next day, we immersed ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of Napa Valley as we explored the stunning Chappellet Winery hosted by Nicole N. Surrounded by endless vineyards and beautiful landscapes, we learned why this region is renowned for producing some of the finest wines in the U.S. Experiencing this natural splendor alongside such inspiring people made it even more special.
