In August, Susan Wojcicki, the former CEO of YouTube, passed away from lung cancer at just 56 years old. In her final weeks, Susan wrote a powerful op-ed about her battle and the devastating lack of awareness and funding for this type of cancer—the leading cause of cancer death in women. She had planned to publish it this fall. Her sisters, Anne and Janet Wojcicki, joined Katie Couric to discuss the decision to share Susan's words posthumously, the challenges of lung cancer research funding, and the stigma surrounding the disease. Together, they are dedicated to changing the narrative in honor of Susan’s legacy. Watch the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/eTy3gd4Q
