Partnership Operations Coordinator The Kai Shin Clinic and Treatment Program specializes in working with people with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.  It is common for symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, and others to exacerbate substance use, highlighting the importance of treating both. Our team of experts in addiction and mental health work together with each client to address both mental health and substance use symptoms to help individuals find a greater sense of wellness and quality of life. DEPARTMENT: Clinical Operations REPORTS TO: Manager of Clinical Operations  STATUS: Exempt LOCATION: Court and Case Clinic in Saint Paul Job Description Champion of Kai Shin Employee Handbook, Policies and Procedures. Expert on all Front End positions- Front Desk, Resource, and Provider Admin. Provide backup for the Front end team when necessary.  Manage scheduling, medication refills, provider questions, and in clinic appointments after graduation/discharge for partnerships to ensure they are running smoothly and effectively. Assist partnership coordinators and provide daily check ins. Provide back up when out of office. Analyze and identify bottlenecks for improvement. Generate project documentation and track data to reach quarterly goals and metrics. Foster strong partner relations through effective communication and support. Manage Clinic Partnership Onsite Determine partnership contacts for leadership and coordinators, preferred pharmacy, and ambulatory pharmacy Receive complete packets, make charts for new intakes and schedule appointments  Ensure ROI signed Manage medication refills, provider questions, rescheduling needs from the Ops email Keep track of schedule and provider block.
