We want to share recent leadership changes at JUICER. Steph Garfrerick has been appointed as our new President, leading the business. We’re thrilled to have Steph lead the company forward. Steph joined JUICER following 12 years at Revenue Analytics, a pioneering revenue management firm that brought the discipline to a host of industries. There, Steph established their business in Media, taking that from an idea to a multi-million dollar business with double digit market share. She joined JUICER earlier this year as our Head of Product, and has taken on customer success, data science, and technology as well. In parallel, Ashwin Kamlani has stepped down as CEO. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Ashwin for his three years of leadership. His passion and dedication to the restaurant industry have been instrumental in establishing JUICER as a trusted brand. Through his evangelism, Ashwin has built a strong foundation that we will continue to build upon. Digital transformation - from delivery to digital ordering - is increasingly the reality of the restaurant industry, and restaurants are hungry for tools to help them win in this more complex environment. JUICER is building the future of revenue management in the restaurant industry. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs from travel and hospitality, JUICER is organizing a coalition of forward-thinking restaurant companies and franchisees to build the revenue management solution of the future. While airlines, hotels and retail companies have decades of experience mining and consolidating multiple digital data sources to make intelligent decisions around pricing and promotions, restaurants were only recently thrust into the world of digital commerce during Covid. More recently, the industry is facing a challenging environment in which food and labor costs remain high, and consumers are simultaneously pushing back on higher prices. Navigating the narrowing gap between cost pressures and consumer price sensitivity has never been more difficult. The complexity of becoming a multi-channel industry with the growth of 3rd party delivery, and direct consumer communications through newly established loyalty programs, requires a much more sophisticated approach to data-driven decision making. JUICER Compete: JUICER works with some of the largest QSR and Fast Casual brands to provide competitive intelligence around menu pricing and promotions. Spot checking the competition’s menu prices with Excel spreadsheets is no longer sufficient. Some companies are spending money buying messy scraped data files, and then cannot derive useful insights from them. With Compete, JUICER captures, cleanses, maps and presents easily-digestible competitive pricing and promotion data for competitors within a 2 mile radius of every store. Brands and franchisees get access to a dashboard and proactive alerts comparing their menus to their local competitors at each location. Access to reports and alerts can be customized at the corporate and franchisee level. AI analyzes and evaluates value meals and bundles to ensure that each restaurant location is correctly positioned in their local market.
