  • CONTRARY TO WHAT 1000s ARE DOING: Filling in a resume template with everything you’ve done, uploading it to LinkedIn, and hitting 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘥 on 100s of jobs, along with 1000s of other people 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐩 1% 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬. I know. It’s painful. You worked hard on your resume. I understand why you want to send it out to as many jobs as possible. You think, maybe if I send it out to 10 more, a hundred more… 👉 But if that worked, wouldn’t everyone have to send out their resume to 100s of jobs? 👉 Why do some people get jobs in 2 months and others still not have a job in 12 or 18 months? But it didn't really get to the crux of it.
