That is where I Want to Build steps in; A company that has been created by a team of industry experts and veterans who have ALL been a part, been victim to, or disliked the tactics used in the industry on a daily basis. We have come together to allow project ready Clients the ability to engage and interact with every Trade Contractor required for their next building project, without having to be forced to choose a traditional builder, allowing projects to be conducted in an open, interactive and transparent environment, where every cost is accounted for without hyped up prices, profit margins or margins hidden within Contractor amounts. Where a builder’s license is required, we step in with our licensing while having our PM/ Site supervisor on an hourly rate, WITHOUT adding profit margins to the project or on top of Contractors. What we allow is the complete RAW COST OF ANY BUILDING PROJECT IN AUSTRALIA, without jeopardizing quality and workmanship, having a network of vetted and screen Contractors, looking to provide great services to Clients directly, knowing they will be paid at the end of each month. We have been advised yet again on multiple hard-working Contractors/ Companies, who are owed thousands to millions of dollars due to dodgy/ corrupt builders folding into administration. 1x owed 1.5mill (Partitions) 1x owed 1.2mill (Electrical) 1x owed 500K (Plastering) 1x owed 50k (Plastering) 1x owed 4mill (Formwork) and so forth...
