Unfortunately, many independent pharmacies are experiencing financial strain right now. This can lead to high demands, which can end up causing significant stress and burnout among pharmacy staff. If pharmacy owners want to reduce burnout and improve employee retention, it's important to support your team as much as possible. Make sure you're regularly checking in with employees to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to improve their experience. A supportive management team makes a big difference. I think it's also really important to foster a strong team culture. Even during the hard times, don't forget to celebrate successes, encourage teamwork, and recognize hard work.
