We have been delighted to be part of the connectivity solution for the Internet Engineering Task Force community while they met in Dublin for IETF 121 in the The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD) The graph below shows the event traffic that was peered over their ports at INEX during last week with the peaks and troughs of the various sessions clearly visible. INEX has been delighted to support the excellent work of the IETF community to make the Internet better by helping to provide better internet while they are in Dublin. We hope last week was a productive week and that all those attending have enjoyed all the delights of Dublin.

The Getting Ready for Energy-Efficient Networking (GREEN) working group will meet for the first time during #IETF121 to explore use cases, derive requirements, and provide solutions for identifying and characterizing energy efficiency metrics, defining methods related to monitoring and controlling energy consumption of network devices, and optimizing energy efficiency across the Internet.
