✨ Reflecting on 2024: IFIP End Year Letter ✨ As 2024 draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on our shared accomplishments, growth, and the incredible journey that lies ahead for us. This year, we have seen tremendous progress in advancing our mission dedicated to amplifying Indigenous self-determination and leadership. Our #partnerships with you, our members and allies have been at the heart of our mission this year. By #collaborating on a range of events — both online and in person—we have created opportunities to amplify Indigenous voices, share their perspectives and promote meaningful dialogue. These events have deepened understanding, inspired action, and strengthened connections across the #philanthropiccommunity and #IndigenousPeoples. Thank you for being part of this journey. Your unwavering support inspires us and we are grateful to have your membership and engagement. We wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful end of the year, and look forward to continuing this important work together in 2025. Read the full letter to learn how 2024 was a year of growing IFIP’s Global Impact, expanding our team and capacity, and for sharing knowledge, research, trends & analysis. About us
IFIP is led by donors and Indigenous leaders to advance a new movement in philanthropy that better values, supports and partners with Indigenous communities. Donors and Indigenous leaders are afforded unique opportunities to respectfully learn from one another at our regional meetings and international donor summits. This face-to-face engagement plants the seeds for trust and enduring collaborations. We build capacity for both Indigenous communities seeking support and donors interested in high impact philanthropy. Personalized encounters, buttressed by social media, case studies and original research on best practices, form the cornerstones of IFIP’s strategy.
