  • What do #unparkedprojects look like? Over the last year, it's been a mix of strategic initiatives for clients, including... 📈 Helping launch a new product package with an Enterprise SaaS company that has allowed them to compete and win in SMB deals. 🏆 Re-imagining a customer mentorship program to become an embedded accelerator that helped a software company's under-resourced customers have access to knowledge, tools and guidance to help them win. 🌎 Being part of the supporting cast of a global rebrand for an IoT company. Initiatives at this scale have a lot of moving parts, particularly in the information gathering phase where all-hands are needed for brand workshops and qualitative research activities with customers. 🤝 Converging brands brought together via M&A. This has A LOT more to it beyond the company branding. There's product portfolio rationalization and implications for GTM that need to be sorted. 😀 Enhancing product portfolio positioning to create continuity with the refreshed master brand AND the act of exchanging the actual product. 💰 Aligning revenue targets with appropriately sized GTM motions. Businesses have a natural default to a ‘mass media’ mindset when the most effective strategy is much more acutely focused. 🏀 Helping build and rebuild the fundamentals in several organizations...lots of #fundamentals.  What big projects are parked or stalled in your backlog? #getinswing

    At inswing, we value doing meaningful work alongside people who make the process enjoyable. This project is a wonderful example, but with a twist—I had the privilege of being the client, and my collaborator was my 13-year-old son. His creativity, combined with his patience to snap hundreds of pictures on his Chromebook, led to this playful commercial that reflects the value inswing brings to every client.

    Unparking stalled and unstarted growth initiatives that can ignite your GTM efforts.

    I've worked in and around startups for a REALLY long time, but I've not been more impressed by the impact being being made on the world, and on lives, by the companies being incubated at Center For Entrepreneurial Innovation (CEI). From clean water tech to regenerative medicine, the work being done in bio and life sciences by these Arizona startups is really exciting. I was grateful to have a chance to share guidance on how they can build strong brands to help promote their important products.
