Our company has developed and refined its own unique software back office suite, which allows our customers to remotely run their businesses with an impressive uptime of 99.9%. We have deployed thousands of machines operating on four continents for nearly two decades. The heart of our advancement in automated retail is an intelligent software engine that works within the kiosk's physical environment. Through a series of sensors and video tracking software it is possible to seamlessly follow the customers through the product selection process as naturally as picking it up off a shelf. At the end, the customer can simply walk away with their choice. No need to navigate a complicated UI or wait for robotics to pick and deliver the products. The software will automatically conclude the purchase, send a receipt to the customer’s account if desired and track change in inventory in real time.

Self-Service Kiosks

The Grab & Go family of products enables real time inventory tracking and automatic customer checkout. Available as a cooler, freezer or dry cabinet, the Grab & Go line lets the customers grab and return products directly from/to the shelves. Inventory is tracked in real time without the need to scan. The customer authorizes a credit card or mobile payment from the attached screen to unlock the kiosk(s). Any product selected is automatically tracked and added to the customer’s cart. Transactions and inventory levels are reported in real-time. Grab & Go kiosks are available as single units or Duo (2 side by side systems), in 600mm and 850mm widths, as coolers, freezers and dry cabinets
