🇨🇵 Merci à Business France Poland pour l'invitation à la Warsaw Finance Week, notamment pour l'opportunité de modérer le panel de discussion sur les marchés financiers en #Pologne et en #France. J'apprécie l'opportunité de participer à la réception privée à l'Ambassade de France en Pologne, avec du réseautage avec la délégation française d'entreprises souhaitant se développer en #Pologne. Je suis inspirée par l'échange d'expériences avec Bartlomiej Posnow - Membre du Board de Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. et Romain Rebour - multientrepreneur, fondateur de VC et le pionnier qui a amené La French Tech en Pologne, en lançant la toute première La French Tech Krakow. En commençant par keynote speech de Bartłomiej Posnow - nous avons parcouru des sujets tels que l'écosystème bancaire et #fintech, #ESG et finance verte, les opportunités d'investissement, les #startups et les programmes d'accélération en Pologne et en France. Nous avons reçu de très bons retours de la part du public qui nous a rejoint à la CCI France Pologne / Francusko-Polska Izba Gospodarcza (CCIFP) pour la discussion et le réseautage d'affaires informel autour d'un petit-déjeuner français. 🙂 Félicitations à FinTech Poland et Future Finance Poland pour avoir organisé un événement formidable, une plateforme d'échange de connaissances, d'inspiration et de création de nouvelles relations d'affaires. I appreciated the exchange of thoughts and experiences with Bartlomiej Posnow - Board Member of Bank Credit Agricole and Romain Rebour - multientrepreneur, VC founder and the pioneer who brought #LaFrenchTech to Poland, launching the first chapter in Krakow. Starting with the keynote speech delivered by Bartłomiej Posnow - we navigated through topics such as the #banking and #fintech landsape, #ESG and green finance, #investment opportunities, #startups and acceleration ecosystems in Poland and in #France. Nous avons commencé la 2e édition des études #FinTech du 3e degré ("Studia podyplomowe" en #Pologne) où j'ai le plaisir d'enseigner nos étudiants en droit des marchés #financiers, règlementations européennes et polonaises concernant des institutions de paiements électroniques et de #OpenBanking. 👩🏻🏫 Aujourd'hui nous avons commencé par l'introduction pratique, ciblée à la création de nouveaux projets innovatifs et de #startups. Ensuite nous allons aborder i.a. des sujets de #PSD2, #DORA, #NIS2, #MiCA, protection des données, les licenses réglementaires dans le domaine de #finances et #paiements sous la supérvision européenne etc. Parmi des partenaires du programme organisé par Uniwersytet Łódzki (prof. Monika Marcinkowska) et Invest in Lodz (Central Poland) il y a des #banques, boîtes #IT, #juristes, spécialistes d'innovation, #cybersecurité, #web3, de l'écosystème #VC et beaucoup plus. 🙂 Ce qui est intéressant, il y a une représentation des entreprises #françaises parmi des partenaires et des participants. J'ai l'intention d'explorer le sujet de la collaboration internationale/ francophone pendant des conférences à Varsovie. Grâce à la collaboration entre la CCI France Pologne / Francusko-Polska Izba Gospodarcza (CCIFP) et Business France Poland je vais bientôt avoir l'honneur de modérer une discussion concernant le développement des marchés financiers en #France et en #Pologne. 🤝Je peux déjà vous dire que je voudrais élaborer avec nos invités - quelles sont les synérgies et les possibilités de collaboration des #entreprises de ces deux pays - quelles sont des perspectives de l'engagement du #capital et des #fonds d'investissement entre les deux marchés - est-ce qu'on peut s'attendre à la création des #innovations en #tech et en #DéveloppementDurable ...et beaucoup d'autres sujets. :) Quelles sont vos observations au niveau des projets FinTech en #Europe? 💡You know you've been in #FinTech long enough when... - if you hear "Swift" - you don't think Taylor Swift but... "#SWIFT bank transfers" - if you hear "elixir" you don't think "magic potion from fairy tales" but you think "ELIXIR bank sessions" 😉 - if you hear "#regulations" - you think of preparing the next FinTech ecosystem lecture or meetup for your favourite students! 🙂 The last weekend of June was a celebration of our #students' graduation from the #University postgraduate studies in FinTech - which included the presentation of their #startup projects that they have been working on through the entire academic year. The program has been implemented at Uniwersytet Łódzki, coordiated by Professor Monika Marcinkowska in a close cooperation with lecturers and partrners who are experienced practitioners in the #financial sector. During this academic and startup journey I noticed a great potential and energy of our group of seasoned professionals who spent their weekends expanding their industry knowledge. Quite organically, driven by my passion for teaching, creation of new solutions and #innovation, I wanted to share even more experience than foreseen in the main program. As a consequence, we organized inofficial Mastermind sessions where we stepped away from the formal frameworks of the main program and turned into a group of likeminded people, sharing their ideas, experience and feedback accross the project Teams. I was pleased to be contacted in between the sessions or addressed as an inofficial #mentor of the projects in rising. 😊 This is truly the type of work where I thrive! Also, this is the environment where I can apply my experiences gained accross roles in business and NGOs such as JCI Europe - so it was a pleasure to be able to share this experience with people who wanted to figure out the best ways of turning their ideas into real life solutions.
