Employment is crucial for successful reentry after incarceration. And.... ICJIA research found that: 😳 Unemployment rate among released individuals is 46% 😒Average income is below the federal poverty level. 😩Hourly wages fall short of the state minimum wage. And Black returning residents experience higher unemployment and lower wages.
