We are excited to welcome Dr. Dave A. Cornelius, aka “Dr. Dave,” as the Director of Communications and Marketing for 2025! Dr. Dave is an executive and organizational coach, learning facilitator, and lean/agile certification trainer. He partners with leaders and teams in for-profit, start-up, and non-profit organizations to deliver awesomeness that meets their goals. Dr. Dave works with Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 companies, helping them deliver more than $1 billion in customer value.

We are thrilled to welcome Torrie as ICF Arizona President-Elect for 2025! Torrie is the CEO at Child Crisis Arizona, providing support and leadership to her team to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect to create safe kids and strong families. Torrie started her career as a volunteer in 1991 and worked her way up, overseeing a variety of human-service programs and departments before being recruited to lead Child Crisis Arizona in 2015.
