🌍 IAAPA is committed to building a resilient and sustainable future for the European tourism and advocating to secure a sustainable future for the attractions industry.      Yesterday at the European Parliament, IAAPA represented by Haakon Lund, Chair of the IAAPA EMEA Regional Advisory Board presented the attractions industry to the newly appointed Commissioner for Sustainable Transport and Tourism Apostolos Tzitzikostas and MEPs including Daniel Attard.     Key points covered:  ✅ Economic power of the European attractions industry.  ✅ Creativity and determination IAAPA members bring to develop sustainable solutions for their businesses.  ✅ Current successes achieved by IAAPA members and pathways for creating a positive impact in local communities.     Commissioner Tzitzikostas pledged to introduce a Sustainable Tourism Strategy to support the sector in adapting to and mitigating the impacts of climate change.
