📢 Announcing the Release of the 2024 Flagler & Volusia Community Health Needs Assessment Report 📢 From April to July 2024, the Florida Department of Health in Volusia County , Florida Department of Health in Volusia County , AdventHealth, Halifax Health, Flagler Cares, One Voice For Volusia, and Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida (HPCNEF), collected extensive data to understand the health needs of our communities. The resulting report identifies three priority areas for improvement: ✅ Mental health, substance use, and alcohol use ✅ Health care access and quality ✅ Economic stability and social/community context This assessment highlights opportunities where targeted interventions and policy changes can create the greatest impact.
